Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are generally not eligible for returns unless you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Do you offer exchanges?

Non-Offer Products:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:
    Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order. To initiate the process, kindly email us at hello@kaanmoni.com or WhatsApp us at +91- with your order number.
  2. Exchange Process:
    • To proceed with the exchange the product (earrings or necklace) to the following address within 2 days. Ensure the product is securely packed with bubble wrap and includes the original invoice. shipping to be borne by client from both side ,

  3. Shipping Costs:
    The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product for exchange.
  4. Exchange Outcome:
    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a coupon code for the value of the returned item. The coupon code will be sent within 5 business days and can be used for future purchases at your convenience.

How do refunds work?
We currently do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide a gift card or store credit equivalent to the value of the approved return. This can be used on future purchases at your convenience.
