Refund and Returns

 

At Kaanmoni, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

  • Products purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional event are not eligible for return or refund.
  • We do not accept returns for products unless:
    • The item received is damaged or defective.
    • You receive an incorrect product.
    • The product delivered is incomplete.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
  • All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

 

Replacement Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Product(s) received is/are damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete orders are eligible for replacement.
  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Requests submitted after the specified period may not be accepted. However, in exceptional circumstances, you may contact our support team for assistance.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be exchanged.

 

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • An incomplete order
  • A package with tampered packaging please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@kaanmoni.com with:
  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photographs and a video showing the issue.
  • Once your request is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or process a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

 

How to Request an Exchange or Return

To initiate an eligible exchange or return:

  • Email us at hello@kaanmoni.com within within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your Order ID, reason for the request, and supporting images & unboxing video.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
  • Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

Pickup & Reverse Shipping

  • Approved returns or exchanges are generally picked up within 5–7 business days.
  • If pickup service is available in your location, we will arrange it.
  • If pickup service is unavailable, you will be required to self-ship the product.
  • In such cases, Kaanmoni will issue a credit note of up to ₹150 towards reverse shipping expenses.
  • Where applicable, a return shipping label will be shared with you. Please ensure it is securely attached to the package before handing it over.
  • Customers may also choose to self-ship the product or request a pickup label. A pickup label, where applicable, may be provided at a charge of ₹100.

 

Refund Process

Where a refund is approved:

  • Returned products will undergo a quality inspection after they are received.
  • Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 working days.
  • The refunded amount is generally credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10–15 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, and other service fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

Credit Notes

In certain cases, Kaanmoni may issue a Credit Note instead of a monetary refund.

Please note:

  • Credit Notes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • They remain valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 6 hours of placing it by emailing hello@kaanmoni.com. We encourage you to contact us as early as possible so that we can stop the order from being dispatched, helping us avoid unnecessary shipping costs and processing.

  • Before Dispatch: If your cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method for all prepaid orders.
  • After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation will be processed only after the product is returned to us. In such cases, the refund for prepaid orders will be issued after deducting the applicable forward and return (RTO) shipping charges. The remaining balance will be credited to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and verified.

Kaanmoni reserves the right to review and determine the outcome of all cancellation requests. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by Kaanmoni’s cancellation policy and accept the decision made regarding any cancellation request.
